Ng Khai Development Corporation was established in 1992 as a software development company and started operations in January 1993 with only 4 people. Its programs are now used of over 300 companies all over the Philippines. Over the years, due to persistent clamor of customers to give a one stop complete solution, it has also tied up with major software and hardware companies, and is currently a Microsoft Solution Provider and Large Account Reseller outside Manila, Cisco Partner Premier Certified and Oracle and IBM Business Partner. It is an authorized dealer of the following  products: Microsoft, IBM, Compaq, Oracle, Exact, Hewlett Packard, 3M, Network Associates, Intel, Imation and 3Com. 

With lots of achievements to enumerate, the company is incomparable. During the World’s Largest Computer Fair in 1995 held in Hanover Cebit, Ng Khai was the official representative of the Philippines, chosen by the European Consultants. It garnered good resultsthat Ng Khai was again chosen as representative to the same fair in 1996. In September ’96 it released the 2 CD titles – the NK Quick Solutions and NK Multimedia Bible. In 1997, Ng Khai was awarded by the Department of Science as Region VII’s Most Outstanding Industry.  At the Hannover Messe ’98, the company launched Cebu’s first Business Leisure Directory in Cebu CD, and was followed by the Philippine Industry Directory, the official CD directory for the Partner Philippines Program.It also won the project over several companies nationwide in the Australian project to computerize the tax revenue and real property system of 7 cities.  

Ng Khai has co-developed and is currently continuing development of applications with Accountmate Software, USA and Exact International N.V. of Holland, the leading PC Accounting software in Europe with installations in more than 100,000 companies.

To serve the people even better, Ng Khai Development Corporation, a leading computer systems integration firm, opened its latest outlet, The NK Service Center, right in the heart of Ayala Center Cebu, Philippines. NK Service Center is the authorized Service Center of IBM, COMPAQ, HP Hewlett Packard and 3M Multimedia and Overhead Projectors.

Being an authorized Service Center means that not only are the technicians trained and certified by these industry leaders, but also means that the service center is also authorized to do repairs for their computers under warranty. 

If one purchased any of these machines (even if not from Ng Khai), then they can bring it for servicing under warranty and no need to pay. Just as long as it is purchased from an authorized Philippine Reseller and also bring along the original invoice.

With NK Service Center now serving at Ayala Cebu, this is one way that Ng Khai has been providing answers to its customers.
