Hilton Cebu Resort and Towers

Despite the crises in both the property and tourism industry, all units are sold out at the 17-storey residential tower. The units range from 35 sq. meter-studio units to 63 sq. meter-single bedroom units, two and three bedroom units and the spacious penthouse.

Hilton and its local partners, Goldland Philippines Corporation put up a model unit so prospective buyers could have a preview on the look of the residential units which will be completed by year 2001.

The two residential towers in the Hilton property, the 17-storey, are all sold out, while the 20-storey has still units available. The hotel showcases Filipino artistry. Both Hilton Hotels and Goldland Philippines Corp. have agreed that guest rooms, dining outlets and garden lobby furniture will be mostly designed and executed by top Filipino designers. The Mediterranean-inspired resort complex will have a five-star garden lobby with live palm trees and tropical and tropical foliage. Aside from design fabrics from Filipino artists, original Italian artwork purchased from an art shows in Miami, Florida.
