The Semana sa Hubo is held a week before the feast day of the Nuestra Seņora Virgen de Regla, which falls on the 20th and 21st day of November. The women devotees of the parish would remove the gown of the Virgin on the Friday before the fiesta and dress her with a new one which would be worn for the whole year. The gowns for the Virgin are donated by the devotees.

The Semana sa Hubo is like fiesta time for the town people. Many visitors who wish to avoid the traffic and the crowds come during this week.
