Zuelo Cadampog

“Its not the age, it’s just the way you work it!” For a septuagenarian still actively running, such a statement is not meant to brag, but simply to prove that it can be done, as long as you love doing it.

For 76-year-old runner Zuelo Cadampog, he doesn’t feel old at all when his running. Zuelo started running in the 1950s. He remembers the good old days when he ran for the University of Southern Philippines track and field team. He said that it was much healthier to run then because there was not much air pollution.
