This is a magnificent private estate, located right on the beach. The house is an impressive white colonial mansion. Inside there is a central fountain and courtyard, with a drawing room, day-kitchen, dining room and five bedrooms, four twins and a single, set all around. A sweeping spiral staircase leads upstairs, where a further seven double bedrooms, including a master suite are arranged around three sides of the house. All the bedrooms have their own en suite bathrooms, air-conditioning, fans, and intercom. The rooms upstairs all lead to a balcony outside. At the back of the house is a long tiled porch and a 20-metre pool with sunken bar which leads down to the beach.

Fly directly to Cebu International. Then a private bus will take your party for the 2 � hour drive up along the coastal road to the Milagros estate. Alternatively, go from the airport to Cebu Yacht Club (10 minutes), and the 23-meter motor yacht can take you to the house via a 3-hour cruise up the coast.

The main house features a beautiful swimming pool with a sunken bar. The lawns all around the house are ideal for games, and there is an outside dining area and dance floor. There is accommodation for guests� personal staff, and a little tree house for the kids, with a stair-type entrance. Riding can be arranged around the local countryside, and there is a training paddock by the stables. There are also several speedboats and jet skis. The tennis courts are at the front of the house, next to the outdoor chapel and the helicopter landing site. Inside there is a 15-meter dining room that can be configured as a conference room.
