To be conducted by Prof. Rodelio Flores, the third and last performances of the 4th Concert Season will be held on the 26th and 27th of February 1999.

The repertoire includes Overture to the Magic Flute by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Concerto for Cello & Orchestra in A Minor by Camille Saint-Saens, and Symphony No. 8 in F Major by Ludwig Van Beethoven.

Also  to be rendered is the masterpiece of former Philippines' National Artist for Music, Antonino Buenaventura, By the Hillside.

The featured artist is the very talented Cello Soloist, Wilfredo Pasamba.

The Opening Gala Concert will be held on February 26, a Friday, 6:00 p.m., at the Cebu Provincial Capitol Social Hall.

The Invitational Public Concert or the Student's Music Education Hour is open to the public who may want to listen to the music for free on Saturday, 4:00 p.m.
