GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:  (Over 100 open from July -Aug 30 ,2020)

Performs technical services to telecom subscribers/ customers in the form of internet installation, repair, express connect, migration, removal or pull-out, rectification and/ or facility maintenance, ensures customer satisfaction and addresses further issues/ concerns within one’s area of competency

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least high school graduate, 19 years old above
  •  Knowledge of computer and internet
  •  Knowledge of basic tools, safety measures
  •  Good communication skills (English/ Bisaya/ Tagalog)
  •  Basic knowledge or experience of network installation
  •  With or w/o driving exp (preferably can drive 4 wheels)
  •  With good grooming, no visible tattoo
  •  Willing to do field work and may be asked to climb towers and poles
  •   Willing to be trained
  • possible assignments Cebu , Leyte, Bacolod or Davao
