Job Scope:
- Clerical work, knowledgeable in MS Application (Word & Excel)
- Document Filing
- Client- contact management
- Appointments and booking management
- Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports
- Handle queries via phone call or online channels
- Handle basic information regarding operations concern
- Escalate issue to Manager
Requirements and Qualifications:
- At least Bachelor Degree of any field
- Good in verbal and written English communication
- Excellent typing speed
- Computer Literate
- Organization Skills
- Team player
- Can work under pressure
- Willing to be trained and grow in the organization
