Job Scope:

  • Ensure real time system update and maintain 100% accuracy in data entry.
  • Review the customers’ requirements from time to time and comply thereon.
  • Maintain effective communication with all customers.
  • Clearly define the roles and responsibilities of each and every subordinate. 
  • Regularly report to the Warehouse Manager and undertake any ad hoc assignment as and when it is so required.
  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company
  • Resolving key client issues and complaints

 Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Education: a 4 year degree is preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a management/supervisory role
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with SAP Warehouse management and Inventory Management is preferred
  • Have excellent people skills and intuitive to customer’s business needs.
  • Be well-groomed and presentable
